FIELD: fire safety.;SUBSTANCE: monitor operator conducts in real time before delay for evacuation of people from the protected fired room, remote start-up of automatic local fire extinguishing unit for protection of high risk fire-hazardous equipment if the results of real-time visual remote emergency video monitoring of the protected fired room has shown that in that local zone of suppression where the automatic local fire extinguishing unit locally supplies fire extinguishing gas or powder, at the time of start of suppression the fire existence is visually confirmed, but there are no people. The complex for implementation of this method is also offered.;EFFECT: making powder and gas automatic local fire extinguishing units so effective that they ensure the decrease of fire risks for people in the protected rooms of a hazardous industrial facility which are under a permanent monitoring of the monitor operator of such protected rooms of a hazardous industrial facility without continuous presence of the service personnel with the high risk fire-hazardous equipment, real-time, at the initial fire stage, fire-prevention protection will reduce the probability of scenarios of development of fire, dangerous to people, possible at impact on such equipment of dangerous fire factors.;3 cl, 2 dwg
