FIELD: woodworking industry.SUBSTANCE: after determining the boundaries separating the quality areas, roundup and length cutting of round timber into sectors is carried out. Each sector is divided into parts parallel to the sector edge tangentially to the boundary of the central quality area to obtain preforms of triangular cross section. The remaining peripheral part of the sector is divided tangentially to the annual rings parallel to the previous cut to preforms of trapezoidal cross-section and the preforms with a curved surface, having lateral surfaces of the same area. The preforms of triangular cross section are turned relative to each other by 180° and bonded together. The performs of trapezoidal cross section and the preforms with curved surfaces are also turned relative to each other by 180° and bonded together alternately in a wall panel.
