Under the driving device there is a rotary actuator (21) with a pivot rod (22). The pivot arm comprises a pivot part (18a) and a pulling part (18b). The pivot arm is connected to the end of the actuating rod (20) at the place of axis (18c) of rotation. The end of the first pulling element (16) is fixed in conjugation (18e) on the pulling part (18b). The end of the second pulling element (17) is fixed in conjugation (18d) on the pivot part (18a). The pulling part (18b) is provided with a pressing part (18f) interacting with the end of the pivot rod (22).
