FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: method of production of probiotic preparation of immobilised bifidobacteria for feeding beef breed cattle is proposed. The bifidobacteria of strain Bifidobacterium longum are grown on a nutrient medium to obtain biotitre of 108-109 CFU/ml. The medium is prepared using the electro-activated cathode water with pH 8-9 and redox potential -400?-500 mV, and with the addition of a stabiliser - serine in an amount of not less than 0.01 wt %.
