FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and consists in application of polymeric or oligomeric active ingredients, possessing biocidal effect, as additives to plastic material, intended for manufacturing medical products. Polymeric or oligomeric active ingredient is obtained by means of polycondensation of acid-additive guanidine salt with mixture of amines, which contains at least one diamine and/or triamine, where said amine is selected from group, consisting of diamine, which has cycloaliphatic residue, and dialkylenetriamine.EFFECT: invention additionally relates to medical products, which include similar additives.24 cl, 8 ex, 4 tbl
