FIELD: electricity.;SUBSTANCE: balancing device for a hierarchical control system of the battery of electric energy accumulators with the power exchange isolated DC backbone and control units of accumulators relates to electrical equipment and can be used at creation of high-voltage batteries of electric energy accumulators for the transport and power applications. The essence of the invention consists in that the balancing assembly of each store consists of two separate dedicated DC/DC converters: the low-power reverse, operating in the mode of limitation of power for transmission of energy from the accumulator to DC power exchange backbone, and the powerful direct voltage converter with the fixed rigid coefficient of voltage transmission (transformation) for transmission of energy from the backbone into the accumulator.;EFFECT: due to more powerful direct converter there is a possibility to send the big supporting current to the needing accumulator from DC power exchange isolated backbone where the energy is supplied from a large number of "donor" accumulators by means of less powerful reverse converters that allows to compensate within t limited time of discharge not only leaks, but also deficiency of charge in several "worst" accumulators.;1 dwg
