FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: dorsal approach to the spinal column is exercised. A double-rod metal structure is installed on strategic spines along concave and convex sides of the spinal column in relation to a line of spinous processes, and the spinal column is de-rotated. The first rod arched along physiological spinal curvatures is installed along the convex side of the idiopathic thoracolumbar scoliosis to generate direct pressure within the pre-determined mobility on an apex of the idiopathic thoracolumbar scoliosis. The second rod pre-arched in accordance with the physiological sagittal spinal contour is installed along the concave side of the thoracolumbar curvature. The first rod is removed then, and the second rod is rotated 90 degrees in the direction opposite a primary curvature, and distraction is performed along the second rod. The first rod pre-arched in accordance with the physiological sagittal spinal contour is installed from the opposite side. Compression is performed along the first rod. A posterior spinal fusion is performed.;EFFECT: method enables forming the normal physiological spinal profiles.;6 dwg
