FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to means for planning realisation of procedures with high-intensity focused ultrasound. Instrument of planning in tissue ablation by means of high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU), guided by magnetic resonance (MR) contains processor, performing commands, which contain stages, at which transducer data, containing information about position, geometry and acoustic parameters of transducer element, are estimated; estimated are three-dimensional MR-data, including ROI data, describing size, shape and position of region of interest (ROI), which has to be ablated, and obstacle data, describing size, shape and position of obstacle between one or more elements of HIFO transducer and ROI; realised is optimiser, which determines optimal signal, maximising supply of HIFU signal to ROI, simultaneously minimising supply of HIFU signal to obstacle and surrounding tissue, with optimal signal being continuously supplied to HIFU transducer elements during ablation procedure; and memory, which stores commands, performed by computer, transducer data, MR-data and multitude of optimised HIFU parameters. In method of implementation of tissue ablation procedures instrument of planning is used and ablation procedure is performed with continuous supply of optimal signal to HIFU transducer elements.;EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to facilitate automated optimisation of properties of HIFU transducer elements.;15 cl, 11 dwg
