METHOD OF OIL PAY DEVELOPMENT BY HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL WELLS USING INTERBEDDING BURNING

FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: method includes the drilling and development of the well with horizontal section located in the oil pay, and of the vertical well such that the vertical well bottmhole will be above the bottomhole of the horizontal well at distance excluding the oxidant inrush to the horizontal well. At the horizontal section of the well a filter with mismatched longitudinal rows of holes is installed, it is divided to the product extraction zone. Inside the filter the liner is installed with the longitudinal row of the holes located in all product extraction zones, it is rigidly connected with the process pipes string, and is equipped with the thermocouples to monitor the formation temperature around the horizontal well. The liner is run to the well at the end of the process pipes string. By the pipes string rotation from the wellhead the perforation interval in the horizontal well is opened simultaneously in all product extraction zones. Process of the interbedding burning is initiated with burning front moving along the horizontal well bore from the bottomhole to the wellhead. Using the thermocouples the formation temperature is measured around the horizontal well along the well bore from the bottomhole to wellhead. If temperature in the first zone of the product extraction of the horizontal well from the bottomhole to the wellhead exceeds by 30% the temperature at the moving burning front the horizontal well is shutdown. This is performed by new pipes string rotation from the wellhead. As result the filter holes in the first zone of the product extraction of the horizontal well in direction from the bottomhole to the wellhead. The filter holes in other extraction zones of the horizontal well are kept opened. The horizontal well is started to continue the product extraction. Similarly the formation temperature is monitored around the horizontal well using the thermocouples. If temperature in the second zone of the product extraction of the horizontal well from the bottomhole to the wellhead exceeds by 30% the temperature at the moving burning front the horizontal well is shutdown. By means of the pipes string rotation from the wellhead the filter holes in the second extraction zone of the horizontal well are closed from the bottom hole to wellhead. At that the filter holes in the third and next extraction zones from the bottomhole to the wellhead are kept opened. Then the horizontal well is started to continue the product extraction, and similarly successively the other extraction zones are closed until the last extraction zone of the horizontal well.EFFECT: optimisation of product composition due to reduced content of the combustion gases.1 ex, 3 tbl, 10 dwg
