The tap has a water storage tank for one-time consumption in the form of a container at the end of the pipe. The container has a tube for air outlet. One end of this tube is located in the upper part of the container, and its other end extends downward or downward-sideways. The tap has a locking element in the form of a saddle and a stem with a resilient or closely adjacent at the top cap. The lower part of the stem protrudes downward from the storage tank.
