A synostotic rib complex found between the caudal spinal column and the pelvic bones is mobilised and displaced in the dorsal-cranial direction. A two-rod metal structure is mounted on spinal bones of the caudal spinal column and iliac wings of the pelvis under the synostotic rib complex.
