FIELD: physics, acoustics.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydroacoustics and can be used in seas, oceans and freshwater bodies as a geophysical rope for engineering studies at the sea bottom. The technical result is achieved due to that the hydroacoustic trailing antenna for geophysical work comprises an external elastic cable sheath in which a reinforcing bearing member in the form of a mesh sleeve is mounted, a set of receivers inside the sheath, each receiver consisting of two identical sensitive piezoelectric elements made from an electrically insulated piezoelectric film whose surface is coated with and strongly bonded to electrodes, sealed housings in which there are electronic boards with differential amplifiers and analogue-to-digital converters, a digital link and a power line, wherein the inputs of the differential amplifiers are antiphase-connected to the sensitive piezoelectric elements, and the outputs are connected to the analogue-to-digital converters, the outputs of which are connected to the digital link; the power line and the digital link are combined into a single cable assembly, which is supplemented with insulating cords in the form of elastic polymer strands to give the assembly a circular shape; the film-type piezoelectric elements are in the form of two bands with opposite polarisation orientation, rolled at an angle on the surface of the cable assembly, wherein the cable assembly is attached at opposite sides on support washers with longitudinal recesses in which additional bearing elements in the form of ultra-strong cords pass, and the entire inner space under the cable sheath is filled with a viscous sticky material, e.g., polyisobutylene.;EFFECT: reduced antenna diameter, high immunity from hydrodynamic noise at low frequencies, reduced structural interference arising from bending and longitudinal deformation of the antenna during towing.;1 dwg
