There is provided a steam turbine power plant system (200) for use with a single source of coolant (132). The power plant system includes a first steam turbine assembly (400) having a first high pressure turbine assembly (116), a first low pressure turbine assembly (120) which is connected in terms of flow with the first high pressure turbine assembly, and a first capacitor (412) which with the first low pressure turbine assembly is in terms of flow, a second steam turbine assembly (500) includes a second high-pressure turbine assembly, a second low-pressure turbine assembly, which is connected in terms of flow with the second high-pressure turbine assembly, and a second capacitor (512), which is connected in terms of flow with the second low pressure turbine arrangement, and the cooling tubes (130) which are connected to the first capacitor and the second capacitor, wherein the cooling tubes are configured to receive a coolant from the coolant source (132) through the first capacitor, of the first condenser back to perform the second capacitor and the second capacitor to the source of coolant.
