It is described with conventional grinding a pepper mill. The pepper mill is hand out two cuboid, which engage with a conical clutch. Grinding ring (7) and Mahlschnecke (8) are separated into the individual clutch parts. The ground pepper is output via hole in the conical surface of the clutch. This allows the mill closed completely after use.
