Fixedly adjusting device (100) for the secure positioning of a mobile medical device with a blocking mechanism for blocking of the mobile medical device in the case of a desired position, a pedal (160), which is connected with the blocking mechanism for moving of the locking mechanism between the locked and unlocked position, wherein the locking mechanism is in engagement when the pedal (160) in the locked position, and the locking mechanism is released when the pedal (160) in the release position, and a steering mechanism with a connecting member (210), which at the pedal (160) is mounted, whereinthe steering mechanism defines a path along which the connecting member (210) moves, if the pedal (160) between the locked and dissolved position,the steering mechanism a set of connecting members (210) with a spring-loaded locking pin (270) are connected, andthe locking pin (270) by means of a ratchet mechanism (280) is guided, if pressure on the pedal (160) is applied, and by the ratchet mechanism (280) is held in a stop when the pedal (160) in the locked position.
