A process for the simulation of bones and planning of a surgical intervention

The present invention relates to a method for simulating of bones and planning of a surgical intervention. This has the following steps:• Providing a digital data record of a 3d - receiving the bone by means of a digital x-ray, orthopantomography (opt), computer tomography (ct), digital volume tomography (dvt) and / or magnetic resonance tomography (mrt);• Identification of deviations from a rule adhesion anatomy on the basis of the 3d - receptacle, in particular to an accident, anatomical changes;• The production of a real 3d - model, in which the 3d - receiving; and• Identification of the deviations on the basis of the 3d - model for the planning of a surgical intervention, wherein– the real 3d - model the anatomy of the bone, including the deviations and exactly reproduces– in the planning of the arrangement of the bones and bone fracture pieces is investigated as well as the access to the bone fracture pieces and their removal is detected.
