With the Zugmittelspanner a traction means is tensioned, which has at least two ends. The Zugmittelspanner includes a first fastening means, a second fastening means and a connecting means. The first fastening means has a first fastening region, to which the first end of the traction means can be fastened. The second fastening means has a second fastening region, to which the second end of the traction means can be fastened. The connecting means connects the first and the second fastening means to one another in such a way that the first and the second fastening means are movable relative to one another and at least on one side to a limited extent. In addition, the first and the second fastening means can be prestressed relative to one another via at least one spring element.
