A magnetic coil arrangement (1), comprising– at least one coils section (2) which, with a high-temperature superconductor (= htsl) - tape conductor (4) is wound,– and a low-temperature superconductor (= lts) - wire (7),wherein the htsl - tape conductor (4) and the lts - wire (7) are electrically connected in series, is characterized by the,that of the htsl - tape conductor (4) and the lts - wire (7) a joint (6) are formed, whereby a first end section (19a) of the htsl - tape conductor (4) in front of a first end (19) of the htsl - tape conductor (4) and a first end portion (20a) of the lts - wire (7) in front of a first end (20) of the lts - wire (7) in a connecting portion (17) are electrically connected to one another,and in that the connecting section (17) a length of at least 0,5 m. The present invention provides a magnet coil arrangement, with which in a simple way, less acceptable, remaining ohmic resistor is arranged.
