The present invention consists of a method (humus composting) for obtaining a product (humus compost) by composting solid and liquid wastes and biodegradable sludges with worm humus (Eisenia foetida and / or similar species). In the embodiment, the invention comprises 4 steps: a) the preparation of stacks for humus composting: the stacks may consist solely of worm humus or mixtures of worm humus and material having a high content of microorganisms, such as rumen contents of cattle ; b) adding solid waste to the stacks; c) adding waste in the liquid state or sludges to the stacks; d) distributing the humus-composted material from the stacks to agricultural land and / or reusing it in the processing of other biodegradable wastes. Composting takes place in a minimum of 15 days at low temperatures, 0 to 15 ° C, such as those of the Bolivian Altiplano; Frequent mechanical mixing and ventilation systems are not required, and they are performed in the absence of flies and without producing bad odors.
