In the present case, a flame retardant copolyester ether ester composition is disclosed, comprising: (a) about 20 – 93,9 wt.% at least of a copolyether ester; (b) about 5 – 30 wt.% at least of a halogen-free flame retarder; (c) about 0,1 – 20 wt.% of at least one nitrogen-containing compound; and (d) about 1 – 30 wt.% of at least one graft copolymer based on rubber composite.
