It is a method for producing a protocol of a measuring sequence for the control of a magnetic resonance tomography system described. In the method, the measuring sequence similar partial modules each other in different groups divided. If the physiological limit values are not met, the influence of the measuring sequence be changed, and the previous test step is repeated.
