An arm-like three-dimensional measuring machine comprises: a multi-articulated arm mechanism including a probe in a distal end; a processing part for calculating a position of the probe; and an inclinometer configured to detect a tilt amount of a pedestal from a vertical direction in the pedestal for supporting the multi-arm mechanism, the processing part calculates a position of the probe using the pedestal as a criterion, and the position of the probe using the probe Socket is calculated as a time series-based criterion based on an output from the inclinometer.
