A horizontally disposed tangential roof surface wind turbine generator comprising: (a) a chassis; (b) a generator mounted on the chassis; (c) at least one impeller mounted horizontally on the chassis and rotatably coupled to the generator; (d) a lid having two opposing side blower openings for confining the generator and at least one impeller; (e) a front shielded conduit and a rear shielded conduit each extending from the two opposing blower openings of the impeller, each shielded conduit being formed by a plurality of air conducting panels extending outwardly from their respective fan orifice; the impeller having a plurality of wind blades tangentially mounted on two rims of the impeller, each wind blade being a long and a thin blade having a cross sectional shape of arc and having two longitudinal edges which are slightly expanded and folded back in line with the Tendon to form a wind-growing zone on the underside of the wind blade to increase efficiency in wind energy production; wherein incoming wind is compressed and positively pressurized at a forward windrowing zone defined by the forward shielded conduit and the roof surface such that incoming wind is forced to diffuse through the impeller at an accelerated rate before entering a rear shielded conduit region; where the pressure is negative, which helps to draw in more air volume from the front before it is released to the open air; wherein an upper edge of a lower wind-deflecting panel of the front shielded conduit extends in a range of about a quarter of a diameter of the height of the impeller; while on the rear shielded conduit, a lower edge of an upper wind-guiding panel extends into a region about one-quarter of the height of the impeller, the upper and lower wind-guiding panels directing the passage of wind to cause the impeller enclosed within the lid will only turn in one direction regardless of the direction of the incoming wind; wherein the roof surface wind power generator is mounted on the body of a solar hot water system having a heating element inside the hot water storage tank, and with heating wires laid on the surface of the vacuum solar heat manifolds extending from the body of the water storage tank; wherein the electricity generated by the rooftop wind power generator can be supplied to the heating element within the hot water storage tank to also heat water or to cover a plurality of heating wires laid on the surface of the vacuum solar heating manifolds. ..
