The reflector (13) has a Luneberg lens (14) placed near a focal point at which a reflective structure having variable reflectivity is provided, where the lens is constituted by a sphere. The reflective structure is constituted by a modulated active dichronic panel (15) that is connected to a modulation signal generation device and presented in the form of a partial cylindrical portion with an angle approximately equal to 100 degrees. Distance between the Luneberg lens and the dichronic panel is not zero.
