The present invention relates to a fixing device (1) of a glove (1a), a system of the reconditioning of gloves using such a device, and a process for the reconditioning of gloves. According to the invention, the fixing device (1) comprises an internal retention element (4) through an orifice (5), said internal retention element (4) having an external dimensions adapted to allow an elastic fastening of the glove (1a) by the collar (3) around the inner support element (4), the dimension of the orifice (5) being adapted to permit the rotation of the glove to the inside of the latter. The fixing device (1) also comprises a locking element of the outside (6) intended to surround the inner support element (4), said blocking element of the outside (6) is movable with respect to the internal retention element (4), between a position a) of the release of the collar in which the glove (1a) is held only by the elastic fastening of the collar (3), and a position b) of locking of the collar in which the locking element of the outside (6) comes to compress the collar (3) against the internal retention element (4).
