The device has a case (3) comprising a snap switch that functions by gravity due to the influence of weight of the case. An impact sensor is arranged along the snap switch. The impact sensor is utilized for detection of fall of the case on the ground from a specific height of 0.70 meter. The sensor is utilized for controlling an electronic printed circuit board comprising a timer and an alarm. An electric battery provides power to the printed circuit board. An opening (7) is arranged on an upper part of the case.
