The breaker has a single electromagnetic relay (1) for controlling disconnection of a neutral driver and a phase driver (Ph) of an electrical energy distribution network under the action of a control current (Icom). A sensor (2) measures current in series on the phase driver of the distribution network to deliver a measurement representative of a phase current (Iph). A releasing unit (4) delivers electronic trigger control current in dependence of the differential current and the phase current and selectable parameters (Pcal, Pdiff) for manually operating the breaker.
