The device has metal plates (1, 2) connected together by guide units i.e. pins (3, 4), and adjustment units i.e. screws (5, 6). The guide units maintain the parallel plates, and the adjustment units modify and block spacing between the plates. The pins are fixed at one of the plates and engaged in holes (7, 8) formed in the other plate, where an axis of each of the holes is perpendicular to the latter plate. The screws connect the plates, and are extended perpendicular to the plates. The screws are engaged in smooth holes (9, 10) and threaded holes (11, 12) formed in the plates.
