The method involves providing an interior adhesive joint (46) and/or an exterior adhesive joint (48) of bonded connection (40) over a portion of superposition length (L) between parts e.g. tube (42) and end fitting (44), where each joint has thickness varying from a free edge (50) to another free edge (52). The parts are subjected to forces to distribute overstresses over the portion. The interior/exterior adhesive joint is produced, where the joint has, in a longitudinal direction of the forces, larger thickness facing the edges relative to thickness of the joint in its median part. An independent claim is also included for a tube and an end fitting.
