The assembly has a set of longitudinal elements (2) that is intended to be provided following each other along a wall (101) so as to delimit a space in which a fill material such as cement, is intended to be set-up. Each longitudinal element includes a support side (5b) on the ground. The support side is arranged with an anchoring unit or holes for its anchoring in the ground. A cover subelement (6) is set-up against the wall to equip an upper side of front sub-element (5) so as to close an upper part of the plinth (1). An independent claim is also included for a method for realization of a plinth.
