The turbojet engine nacelle is of the type comprising a thrust reverser with doors, with an opening mechanism comprising at least one mobilization cylinder. The nacelle includes an engine attachment flange (22) and an inverter attachment flange (20) integral with a composite panel (34) limiting a secondary duct of the fan outlet jet. The cylinder is attached (28) by a bracket (24-28) to the attachment flange (20) of the inverter.
