摘要

An oxide dispersion reinforced toughened martensitic steel with excellent corrosion resistance, toughness and mechanical properties at elevated temperature, and a method of producing the same. It is provided with oxide dispersion strengthened hardened steel (ODS) with excellent corrosion resistance, toughness and mechanical properties at high temperature. Tempered martensitic ODS steel contains a quenched martensite double phase and residual α-ferrite structure, in which the residual α-ferrite content is controlled to at most 30% by volume. There is also provided a method for producing tempered martensitic steel ODS.
