The present invention relates to a microfluidic system (1) adapted to receive the cell populations and able to isolate and to quantify simultaneously for each of the populations at least one - population of cells (c4), and a method for isolating and quantification of at least one simultaneous under - population of cells from a population of cells using this system. A system according to the invention comprises a substrate in which is etched a network of microchannels (10) comprising a first sorting unit able to be isolated by magnetic attraction of the cells of interest (c2) of the population of cells in at least a microchannel of the first sorting. According to the invention, this network comprises a second sorting unit and counting simultaneous (u2) comprising at least a microchannel of the second sorting (10) which communicates with the first sorting and which is defined by a wall which is closed (8) to the inner face (9) in contact with the cells of interest, the internal face being provided with at least one electrode functionalized (e1, e2) is able to trap a - population of the cells of interest, the said at least a second unit comprising means of counting (e1, e2) by impedance spectroscopy of the or each under - population trapped on the said at least one electrode functionalized.
