The present invention relates to the type core / shell, the core comprising an active agent; the shell, comprising one or several concentric layers alternating with a first photosensitive polymer amine anionic and cationic polymer. The present invention also relates to a cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition comprising such capsules. The present invention also relates to a non-therapeutic cosmetic process for treating keratinous material comprising the application on keratinous substances of a cosmetic composition comprising the said capsules, and then the exposure of the deposit formed on the keratinous substances, to the natural light or to artificial light of wavelength between 360 and 600 nm.
