The invention relates to a composite comprising a plasticized polyurethane foam and a plasticized PVC resin coating, its method of preparation and its use for the preparation of a panel for automotive interior parts. The invention also relates to the use of a plasticizer compound in a foam in contact with a PVC resin coating also comprising a plasticizer compound to limit or prevent migration of the plasticizer compound from the coating into the foam.
