PROCESS FOR OBTAINING MULTIFUNCTIONAL SECTOR TECHNICAL TISSUE, USED DIRECTLY FOR MANUFACTURING VARIOUS ARTICLES OR FINISHED PRODUCTS

The present invention relates to a method for obtaining a multifunctional sectorized technical fabric, used directly to manufacture various articles (7) or finished products. According to the invention: (a) defining and marking on a jig of a flexible part (1) belonging to the article to produce a multiplicity of respectively different functional zones; (b) constructing a multi-sector fabric (3), comprising a multiplicity of respectively different textile sectors, which respectively correspond to the zones defined in step (a), and these zones being able to register in the different sectors respectively; (c) weaving the fabric constructed according to step (b) to obtain a multi-sector tissue width; (d) there are means for cutting the fabric, identifiable with respect to the drawing of the latter; (e) cutting and thus obtains directly the flexible piece, monobloc, but multifunctional. The invention can find application in different sectors, and in particular in that of the shoe, for which the rod can be obtained directly according to the previously defined method.
