The method of transmission of messages in an ad hoc network comprises at least two nodes emitter - receiver adapted to receive and transmit messages. The nodes are interconnected by the sending of messages in the time slots in random access organized in frames. The nodes of the network are distributed in groups according to a rule of the distribution of the base. The nodes of each group have the right to transmit messages in a time slot per frame of a set of predefined frames adapted to the group according to the distribution of the base. The messages comprise at least of the messages of priority level and to the high level of priority. Each of the nodes emits messages of priority level lower than in a time slot per frame of the set of predefined frames to its own. The node transmits any message of level of priority high a larger number of times that any message of level of priority low.
