The present invention relates to an interchangeable multifunctional self-cleaning device for protecting the umbrella from rainwater, for keeping dry shelters, to be used as a mobile advertising medium, as a fashion accessory. Because of the impermeability of the umbrella, the rainwater that falls on it, dripping, soaking the soil or its coating in any shelter where it is accessed with said umbrella, making it dangerous because there is high probability of accident by slip. The device comprises several parts: part (P1), part (P2), part (P3), part (P4), part (P8) connected by the very resistant stop connection sleeve (1f) which passes through the small openings ( 1b), (2b), (3b), (4b) respectively held around them by the holding rings (1e), (2c), (4d), (8d), and by joining with the ring (1d ) built-in ring-piece (P6), ring-piece holder (P5) and finally piece (P7) which cleans the rainwater on the umbrella.
