The door or window assembly has a casement arrangement (1) that is used in blind frame to secure door or window opening, and is formed with insulating glazing (20). Several operating elements are arranged inside inner glass pane (3) which is formed with apertures to allow fitting element (14). The top arrangement (10) separated from spacer (4) formed between inner pane and outer glass pane (2) is liquid-injection molded using plastic material by metal mold to fixedly accommodate fitting elements, and is made to undergo mechanism reaction process to form processed arrangement. An independent claim is included for a method of producing top arrangement.
