A connection device (4; 104) for a circulator is described, comprising a connection socket (5; 105) and connector (6; 106), wherein the connector (6; 106) and the connection socket (5; 105) comprise connection means and connection counter-means, respectively, which may be mated with each other, in order to provide for a connection between said connector and said connection socket, the connection means and counter-means respectively comprising:- guided insertion means and counter-means for the guided insertion of said connector into said connection socket,- locking means and counter-means for irreversibly locking said connector with said connection socket.;Furthermore, a circulator for a boiler apparatus, a connector for a circulator and a connection socket for a circulator, pertaining to said connection device, are described.
