Writing device for affixing graphic signs such as drawings and writings of various kind, with different characters and signs and more or less marked lines and with variable inclinations thereof, on to tactile screens or touch screens (11) of capacitive type, utilized alone or combined with informatics appliances such as computers or informatics plants of various kind. Device comprising at least a pencil (6) or the like and at least an accessory element (10), which is made separately and then is applied removably in correspondence of the tip (7) of the pencil (6), for co-operating with the pencil when the same is used for writing on to the outer surface of said tactile screen or touch screen (11), for making the graphic signs on to the screen (11).
