METHOD FOR ISSUING STATIC ROUTE AND ULTIMATE PROVIDER EDGE

The present invention is applicable to and relates to the field of communications technologies, and provides a method for delivering a static route and a UPE. The method includes: reading, by a UPE, a packet; and delivering a corresponding static route according to related information carried in the packet. The present invention avoids problems that when a site is deployed on a large-scale radio access network, a base station cannot operate normally and a data communications device repeatedly performs troubleshooting and debugging on site caused by differences between preliminary data planning and actual site deployment data. A static route is automatically delivered by processing a packet, thereby reducing manpower costs and avoiding occurrence of human errors.
