The element has concrete guidance walls (10, 12) arranged adjacent to each other in a longitudinal direction (20), and coupling devices provided with a vertically arranged retaining slot. A connecting plate (14) connects the coupling devices, and is inserted into the slot for transmission of force. A fixing element e.g. horizontally arranged bolt, is guided into a recess (19) of one of the walls through an opening in the plate. The opening and/or the recess are formed such that the fixing element in the opening and/or the recess is arranged with vertical backlash. The opening and/or the recess is formed as a vertically extending slot.
