The method comprises an initial cooling step (E0) during which the temperature (T_ECH) of the heat exchanger (30) is lowered, and, at the same time, the flow rate of said first flow (FL s) is adjusted to an initial flow rate. Following the initial cooling step (E0), a flow operation of the first flow (FL s) is triggered (E1) during which the first flow (FL s) passes through a heat exchanger (30) with a first flow rate which is greater than the initial flow. The initial flow rate of the first flow may be set to zero or a suitable value so that the pressure within said circuit is greater than or equal to the pressure outside said circuit.
