This bearing member (41), which is disposed at the end of a cylindrical rotating body and to which a shaft member (70) is attached, is provided with: a main body (45) having a tubular body (46) and a holding section (50) disposed at the inside of the tubular body; and an intermediate member (50) held by the holding section of the main body. The holding section has intermediate member guides (51, 52, 53, 54) that guide the intermediate member in a manner so that the intermediate member rotates, and the intermediate member is equipped with a site at which the shaft member is disposed.
