SYSTEM FOR MANAGING WEB-BASED REAL-TIME AUDIOVISUAL SERVICE TRANSACTION

A system for managing Web-based real-time audiovisual service transactions is provided. The system is available to a remote supplier and a remote client through a network connection. The system includes a master module 11, a supplier module 21, a client module 31 and a data transfer platform 41. The master module 11 bridges the expectation gap between the remote supplier and the remote client. The supplier module 21 and the client module 31 use a human face and/or a voiceprint to discern the identities of the remote supplier and the remote client. The master module 11 sniffs a service process to exercise direct control over transaction content quality.
