A kind of protein purification from preparation method include that (one) provides dosage form and resides in original production medium almost without the chromatin more than about 5%, (2) contact preparation has nonionic organic polymer and salt, concentration nonionic organic polymer is enough to precipitate required protein or is grown in it on hydrophilic surface, or it holds it on precipitated form or accretin hydrophilic surface, salt concentration is enough to generate greater than physiological conductivity, (3) contact preparation has at least one positively charged surface, optionally it is enough to generate greater than physiological conductivity in salinity, required albumen, which will not substantially interfere, is adsorbed at least one positively charged surface, do not prevent shock absorption acid impurities at least one positively charged surface simultaneously.
