The invention relates to a method of calibrating a GNSS receiver module comprising at least two radio frequency inputs adapted to receive GNSS signals at one or more frequencies, a GNSS processing module adapted to measure GNSS signal propagation delays between the satellite transmitter and the receiver module, and at least two analog channels between said radio frequency inputs and the processing module, characterized in that:- Upstream of each analog channel, amplitude modulates a GNSS signal by a reference signal, so as to generate at least one carrier and two different subcarriers;downstream of each analog channel, the initial phase differential between the at least two different subcarrier signals is measured;- The propagation time of the GNSS signal in the receiver is deduced in each analog channel of the receiver.
