PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience in determining the connection relation of an electric apparatus and a branch breaker.SOLUTION: A second time-series data acquisition unit 105 acquires the time-series data of a value measured by a first current value measurement unit 102 in a second period when it is determined by a first determination unit 104 that a first electric apparatus is connected to a first branch breaker. A third time-series data acquisition unit 107 acquires the time-series data of a value measured by a second current value measurement unit 106 in a third period that overlaps the second period. A second determination unit 108 determines, on the basis of the time-series data acquired by the second time-series data acquisition unit 105 and the time-series data acquired by the third time-series data acquisition unit 107, whether or not an electric apparatus other than the first electric apparatus is connected to the first branch breaker.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
