PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method allowing the simultaneous measurement of the SEC molecular weight measurement and the MS sequence analysis of oligosaccharide.SOLUTION: In a method of simultaneously analyzing the molecular weight and structure of oligosaccharide, an eluent containing oligosaccharide is supplied to a size exclusion chromatography, a part of the eluent eluted from the size exclusion chromatography is supplied to a detector and the molecular weight of the oligosaccharide is analyzed, and simultaneously the remaining eluent is supplied to a mass spectrometer and the structure of the oligosaccharide is analyzed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
